That cute little puppy from May is now the adorably rambunctious adolescent. She outgrew the small crate a month ago and now her super-charged condo takes up most of the space in front of my closet. She is longer and taller and weighs more, but she still has that face with the expressions that make you say “you are so stinking cute!”
I think she might be working it a little. On the other hand, she is learning to mind her Ps and Qs and getting a little more orderly in her approach to dogs and their humans. She has been to the vet twice now and next month she will be spayed. While Rando still wants his chocolate lab and I would love another German Shepherd, for now, we’ll keep the shingle out. Taylor Hillside Animal Rescue: You dump ’em, we save ’em. It’s just what we do. We also neuter our animals and keep them on a leash or in a fenced yard, feed nutritious quality food, and share our home with them. No wonder all the lost dogs are always showing up here–word gets out.
Cute dog. Looks as he is enjoying many rooms in his new home.

Her favorite is TV time in the living room every night with her bone. She likes to rotate between lying by me and lying on top of R’s legs. 🙂

Steffi is adorable, and I enjoyed your photos. Dog Sadie is living at our house right now, and I’m enjoying her.

She is a heart melter, that is for sure. Sadie is beautiful and elegant.

Sadie is also insatiably playful. Sometimes she wears us out.

He looks like a happy dog! We have a neighbor that walks his dog about 6 times a day (at least) past our home. And that has been going on for months! We are thinking he is trying to get the dog’s energy out. Enjoy your day!

I took her out on the leash a lot in the beginning, but she is getting used to going in the back yard. Definitely needs the running room, and I definitely do not need to be dragged. 🙂

She certainly is a cutie pie! And I am sure word gets around about your house being a safe haven for all who need it! Love that about you.

There is probably a reason my niece gave me a gift that read “I just want to drink wine and rescue dogs.”

She is certainly just too cute! I seem to have one of those invisible signs in my front yard, but it is for cats. Tired? Hungry? Pregnant? Cold? Stop here. This lady will feed you, shelter you, find homes for your babies, spay you, and love you if you choose to stay.

At least I am down to the last 3 cats–and they have all been spayed. Knock on wood the cat saga is about to “go to the dogs.”

So cute! I have always been a cat person who wanted a dog. I have so many little lives depending on me right now, I can’t see adding another so I love seeing other people’s dogs.

I love cats and dogs both, but I must admit, cats are easier. We once had a cat who would play fetch with Rando. 🙂
