By quitting time yesterday, the walls were done and the floor down. Even with a little sheetrock dust on it, I love it.
New plywood subfloor was laid at the head of the hall–that infamous T junction with 4 doors! There was a soft spot at the juncture of the hall–deterioration of the fiberboard subfloor related to the gargantuan shower failure–the one from the unknown comic, not the Kerdi-based, properly tiled and floored Rando and Suzassippi model.
We opted to use a new safety inspector for the flooring, since the one we used for the original buying missed so many critical issues. Abby gives it an A+++.
