Steffi, who taught herself to toss her own tennis ball and catch it, has always watched TV with us. Last night as we watched the intense match with Serena Williams, Steffi was glued to the screen.
Wow, watching tennis is hard work. I need a break and a nap!
Steffi is so cute! What a fun story!

Yes! She is not as fearless as Steffi Graf, but she does love tennis and tennis balls!

How cute. Have seen dogs interact with t.v., but this is the best I have seen.

Thanks, Peggy. She is usually very intent on the TV when watching–it is interesting to watch her watching.

LOVE those ears!

Her cute little ears (especially when she cocks one of them) are what endeared her to us at the start.

It’s funny. My 5-year-old dog doesn’t recognize the television as anything but a big cube in the room. My year old, loves to watch it, especially when dogs or other animals or music is on! He watches it very intently.

That is the cutest thing, she is so intent on watching it. Maybe she’s trying to teach herself to play tennis??!!

I have often wondered, but I am guessing it is she likes watching the ball. She loves to chase balls in the back yard or living room.

Thank you, Anne. She is very expressive. She actually hugs Randy–gets up on his chair and puts her front legs on his shoulder and lays her head on his shoulder next to his head. Someday I will have to get a photo of that!
